If you don't like graffiti I'm not sure why you'd be on this site, let alone read the comments... I look forward to your rant in Critic.

oh he likes graffiti.... just some of the elitism that some people think others have could be grating to him... i understand, feeling it myself...

I Apologise Soph, Nothing personal, it's just a shame that theres always consistent negativity in a blog. The blogs amazing apart from the above reasons. I just had a wee outburst, we all do, accept now I look like a dick. I hope people get over whatever issues plague them and work on something positive. I know I will.

ok, it's all good. While it's true that there are some haters (namely the gutless people who post an anonymous stab at someone), it's not consistent negativity - there's a lot of positive stuff people have to say too. Just my thoughts on the matter...
P.S. loving the 'seagulls' in this one :)

yeah im all about contructive criticism, and when its from a respected source..all the shit talking that goes on in the blogs is just no names stiriing with their half brain thoughts that say nothing but just echoe jelousy. I wish people would let the graffiti do the talking..like the dagger/slips battle, that was dope, that was a creative response to a negative action......these blogs should be about uniting the scene and a place to discuss give props/feedback to people you dont know or have access to or to tell them your thoughts, instead of this tall poppy syndrome hater filled anonymous replys..duds is small, we all find out who someone is at some stage, so if you wouldnt say it to the persons face then why would you post it up online?and the response is "everyones allowed an opinion" and yes thats soo true, but is your opinion worth reading? think its a controversial time in duneding graffiti, its getting segregated....and everyone has an opinion on someones stance..........enough from me.......
time to shut up and graff

... I helped Clif with photos and some basics for this article, I hope peeps will enjoy it, he went pretty hard and was pretty stressed yesterday. Perhaps Soph you could delete his original post. Thanx. Heres a small morsel...

So now the question is: Is it really graffiti if it’s legal and paid for?
The meaning of the word Graffiti is “to illicitly mark a wall in a public place” so theoretically this proves that it isn’t real graffiti. But with a majority of the decent graffiti writers only obtaining legal walls to paint it would seem that perhaps this is the evolution of graffiti? With a legal wall a writer can take the time to maximize their image to it’s full potential instead of risking a court trial for a hasty 2 colour piece thrown up in the small hours of the morning. After all the legal writers are still abiding to all the main graffiti elements: Letterforms based on the writers alias name, Wildstyle or 3d style and using aerosol cans....

The main element of graffiti is that it's illegal dude.
